Automated Agent Skill Safety Audit

Run a repeatable safety audit across skill packages and produce a pass/fail report with remediation tracking.

Overview

As skill catalogs expand, manual review misses risky patterns and slows release velocity. This use case introduces a dedicated audit workflow that scans every skill package against policy and quality checks, then outputs a consolidated findings report. It helps teams enforce baseline safety before distribution.

How It Works

A scripted auditor scans installed skill folders, evaluates each package against predefined rule severity levels, and outputs counts by pass/fail and risk class. Teams remediate flagged items, rerun the audit, and publish final status to a shared documentation page. The same flow can be run on demand or scheduled as a pre-release gate.

Outcome

The organization gets an objective, repeatable release check instead of one-off manual validation. Audit summaries make risk posture visible to non-technical stakeholders and shorten approval cycles after fixes land. Over time, the process improves skill quality and reduces production incidents tied to unsafe or broken packages.
